  • Chelsey Moore

    OWNER - Gold Level 7

    Chelsey has been involved in all-star cheerleading for over 20 years. She worked for Vancouver All-Stars from 2006-2011 and then again from 2015-2020, with the later years being a member of the Worlds coaching team, as well as the gym director, and staff trainer.

    During the years 2011-2015, she was in Saskatoon, SK completing a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in mental skills training for athletes. During this time, she worked for Prairie Fire Cheerleading, where she worked as the gym director and elite team coach.

    She has sat on the BC Sport Cheer board of directors, is a BCSC coach credentialer and coaching course facilitator.

  • Ashley Stephenson

    OWNER - Gold Level 4

    Ashley has been involved in all-star cheerleading for over 15 years. She began as an athlete and developed an incredible passion for the sport. She wanted to ignite this passion in others so coaching then became her life! She has coached at all-star gyms that span the country from British Columbia to Nova Scotia. She has predominantly spent her coaching career in the Kelowna community, creating relationships and an understanding of building our sport in our local community.

    Ashley holds a Bachelor of Education and is an elementary school teacher in our community.

  • Callie Tansem

    COACH - Gold Level 3

    Callie has been involved in all-star cheerleading for over a decade! She started cheerleading as an athlete back in 2013, competing on levels 1 thru 4 and at multiple prestigious cheerleading events, including US Finals and The Summit Championships.

    She is currently finishing her Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics at UBCO with hopes of pursuing physical therapy in the future.

    Callie has coached throughout the Kelowna community. She is passionate about sharing her love for the sport by providing a positive and supportive atmosphere for athletes to build character and confidence.

  • Marika Fujisawa

    COACH - Silver Level 4

    Marika has been involved in all-star cheerleading for over 18 years in BC. She started cheer before there were distinct levels and has been on level 1-6 teams as an athlete. She has earned multiple championship titles and has competed at several international competitions such as The Summit, Spirit Cheer, and Encore. Although she started as a flyer, she has competed in all stunting positions.

    Marika has coached in both Vancouver and Kelowna—tinies to open age, up to level 4—with a focus on tumbling and technique. She aims to create a fun, dedicated, and safe atmosphere to build confidence and a passion for cheer. She has helped athletes overcome mental blocks through positivity, drills, and repetition.

    Outside of cheer, Marika works at Kelowna General Hospital as a Registered Nurse.

  • Alicia Anderson

    COACH - Silver Level 3

    Alicia has been apart of cheerleading since 2007, having started her cheer journey in competitive high school cheer. It was there her lifelong passion for cheer sparked. During her senior year, Alicia helped start a new program at her local Middle School where after graduation she led the program for 5 successful seasons from 2010-2015. In 2016, Alicia moved over to her high school and coached there from 2015-2020. Alicia transitioned to coaching All Star Cheer in 2020 and has been coaching multiple teams each season to date.

    After almost 10 years coaching, Alicia stepped back on the competition mat as an adult athlete. Since 2020, Alicia has completed 3 seasons as an athlete and represented the first team from Kelowna to take the Summit stage in Orlando in 2023.

    In her professional career Alicia holds her Bachelor of Business and has had a successful career in administration and Human Resources. Now, as a stay at home Momma to two young boys, Alicia is proof that cheer is not just for our youth. It’s a lifelong sport with a home for everyone.

  • Anna Wexler

    COACH - Gold Level 7

    Anna has been coaching Cheerleading for over 15 years in both All-star and Varsity (High school). She started off as an athlete and a coach in artistic gymnastics then made the switch to Cheer and never looked back. As an athlete she has had the pleasure to compete twice at the World Championships and also attended the Highschool World’s twice as a coach with the Kitsilano Blue Demons both times on full paid bids!

    In addition to coaching Anna has experience with choreography including some time spent working for a Canadian choreography company in gyms all over Canada.

    When Anna isn't coaching she works full time as a Carpentry Apprentice in the Lower Mainland working in residential construction. Her passion for cheer keeps her coming back year after year!

  • Alexa Posella

    COACH - Bronze Level 2

    I started in cheer as an athlete on my high school team at Rutland Senior Secondary. I competed high school intermediate for my grade 10 and 11 years. During my senior year I joined Okanagan Firestorm where I competed on an all star U18 level 2 team. After I graduated I coached at my high school and took a break from being an athlete. The next year I returned as an athlete on an open non-tumble level 2 team, coached high school cheer, and started coaching all star cheer by coaching a U8 and U12 prep team. This year I am an athlete on an open non-tumble level 3 team and coaching a U8 Mini level 1 team.

  • Jolie Stothers

    COACH - Bronze Level 2

    I fell in love with this sport 7 years ago. My experience as an athlete includes levels 1-4 and I’ve been a volunteer coach for 3 years and became a certified level 1-2 coach this year. Cheer is more than a sport for me, it’s my passion. My goal is to provide a fun, safe environment while also creating challenging opportunities for the athletes to grow!

  • Lindsey Graham

    COACH - Bronze Level 2

    Lindsey has been involved in all-star cheerleading for 13 years in both Alberta and BC. She has been on teams level 1-6 as an athlete and has competed at both The Cheerleading Worlds and The Summit along with other international competitions.

    When Lindsey isn’t at the gym she works as a Labour and Delivery Nurse at the hospital welcoming new babies into the world!

    Lindsey has coached both level 1 and 2 teams ranging from Tiny to U16. She loves passing on her knowledge and passion for the sport to all age groups. She hopes to help foster a love for the sport and athletes develop through an encouraging, exciting, and challenging approach

    Hello, I’m Serina! I have been in cheer as an athlete for 8 years now. All through levels 1-4 and have been volunteer coaching for 4 years. This is my first year as a fully qualified coach. I am so excited for the future of this gym as well as working with many athletes to reach both their goals and my goals in cheerleading.

    COACH - Bronze Level 2

    Hi! My name is Keely, and I have been involved in Allstar Cheerleading for 10 years! I have experience coaching at a few different gyms around BC including Okanagan Firestorm Cheerleading and Freeze Athletics. I have been certified since 2019 and have coached competitive and prep teams, tumbling classes, open gyms, parent and tot drop ins, and adult fitness classes. My favourite part of cheerleading is seeing the genuine bonds athletes create with each other. I love challenging my athletes to reach their full potential!
