Specialty Classes Summer Schedule

Class Descriptions

  • Come and learn your body positions, gain flexibility, work on key drills for flying skills of varying levels. This class is open to all ages. You do not have to be a flyer to join this class! Come stretch and learn a new position. Please note that there is no stunting in this class, simply the drills that get skills. Please also note that registration in this class does NOT mean your athlete will be a flyer on their next team, it does mean that they will have better lines and greater air sense!

    *15 spaces available per class*

  • Bases, flyers, spotters, tumblers, this class is for you! In this class, you will work on getting stronger in a way that is tailored to our sport. Get routine ready now so full outs are a breeze in the fall. All ages are welcome to register.

    *25 spaces available per class*

  • Calling all aspiring point jumpers (of any age)! Jumps are an important aspect of our sport and can often separate the great teams from the good teams. In this class, athletes will focus on jump drills, conditioning, flexibility, jump technique, and learning how to combine jumps into sequences, so athletes will feel routine ready!

    *15 spaces available per class*

  • Cheer is a performance sport, but the skills of picking up choreography and performance are rarely focused on. In this class, you will have an opportunity to learn different dances each week, work on your movement on the floor, and your performance. Athletes will learn mini routines that combine sections, so they can practice this skill set and shine with confidence on the floor!

    *15 spaces available per class*

  • This class is made for those new to the sport, who may not be fully sure what it’s about or who want to do a trial run before commiting to a season. This class will introduce athletes to all of the components of cheer: motions, jumps, dance, stunting, and a little bit of tumbling. As these classes are only an hour long, and there is so much to explore, we would encourage adding a tumbling class to get the full cheer experience.

    *15 spaces available per class*

  • Want a workout while your athlete works on their tumbling (or whatever class they chose!)? This class is for you. Each week will offer a different workout made for those just starting out, or those that want a good sweat. This class is suggested for open athletes, or parents/guardians of our younger athletes.

    *25 spaces available per class*
